Hi, I’m Neil. I’m a yoga instructor, lifelong student, and someone who believes in the power of movement and mindfulness. Originally from Berkley, Michigan, I now live in Stateline, Nevada.
Yoga has been part of my life for over 15 years, and I began teaching in September 2025 after completing my 200-hour training at Mount Madonna. My classes are rooted in vinyasa, yin, and hatha traditions, with an emphasis on presence, balance, and self-awareness.
I’ve also been vegan for over 15 years, and that lifestyle is an important part of how I approach both my practice and daily life.
When I’m not teaching or practicing, you’ll find me meditating, reading, writing, or getting outside—snowboarding, playing disc golf or basketball, running, or lifting weights. I also enjoy playing piano and am currently studying business at the University of Nevada. I share my home with my two Chihuahua terriers, Sir and Toby.
